Warranty Policy

 

1. 1-Year Free Service Warranty

We provide 1 year of free service warranty for all our watches. This covers technical issues such as:

  • Battery failure

  • Watch hands not moving

  • Other machine-related malfunctions

2. 6-Month Machine Replacement

If your watch experiences a major machine issue within the first 6 months, we’ll replace the machine free of cost.

3. After 6 Months

After the initial 6-month period:

  • If any machine parts need replacement, the customer will bear the cost of the parts only.

  • Service remains free within the 1-year period.

4. Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water damage 

  • Color fading (as it totally depends on customer usage and care.)

5. Warranty Requirement

A valid cash memo must be presented to claim any warranty or service.
Lost cash memo cannot be reissued, and claims without the cash memo will not be accepted.

6. Service Procedure

  • Customers must cover the shipping cost when sending their watch to us for service.

  • Our technicians will inspect the issue and repair or replace the part as per warranty terms.

Note

Customers are encouraged to check their product in front of the delivery person before receiving to ensure it’s in perfect condition upon delivery.
